The brief
OxTechAI sells custom software, SharePoint deployments and process automation into NHS trusts, housing associations and UK public sector bodies. Their buyers are procurement teams and clinical leads who need to be convinced of compliance and competence before a first conversation.
That creates an unusual problem for a website. Their strongest evidence is their case studies, but client confidentiality means no organisation can be named. A portfolio of anonymous work usually reads as weak, so the site had to make unnamed engagements land as credible.
The answer was to lead with the problem and the measurable outcome rather than the logo, state the confidentiality position openly, and let the regulatory detail carry the authority a client name would normally provide.
What we built
Case studies that work without client names
Each engagement leads with the business challenge, the solution and a concrete outcome, with the NDA position stated plainly and full detail offered on request. A procurement reader gets substance rather than a blank space where a logo would be.
Compliance framed as structural, not decorative
NHS Digital information standards and ICO UK GDPR alignment are woven into the services copy rather than listed as badges, which is what a public sector buyer is actually assessing.
Sector segmentation across four verticals
