An enrolment funnel for a heavy equipment training school

A website for Ibadan heavy equipment training centre ADC, built around enrolment: programme pages, student testimonials and a four-step application flow.

The brief

Advanced Driving Centre trains forklift, truck and car operators in Ibadan and has put more than 12,000 students through its programmes. Its founder, Mr Aina Olumuyiwa, built the centre around a specific promise: training that leads to employment in logistics, manufacturing and construction.

Prospective students are usually deciding whether a course is worth money they do not have spare. They want to know the duration, whether they get certified, whether it actually leads to a job, and what it costs to start. Every one of those unanswered is a reason not to enrol.

The site was built to answer them in order and end in an application, rather than to describe the school and leave the visitor to find a phone number.

What we built

A page per programme with duration up front

Forklift, truck, car and combined training each get their own page stating what is covered and how long it takes. A prospective student can judge the commitment before enquiring.

Enrolment and course booking forms

Applications are captured on the site with the programme already attached, so the advisor calling back knows what the student wants and can talk about scheduling rather than basics.

Student testimonials as the main proof

Graduates describing the work they found afterwards. For vocational training, another student saying they got a logistics job is more persuasive than any claim the school makes about itself.

A visible four-step enrolment path

Apply, speak with an advisor, choose a schedule, begin training. Showing the whole process removes the uncertainty that stops people starting.

FAQ covering the real objections

Whether experience is needed, whether certification is issued, whether instructors are qualified, whether it leads to employment. These are answered on the site rather than one at a time by phone.

Click-to-call throughout

Tap-to-dial on every screen, since most of this audience arrives on a phone and would rather call than fill in a form.

How we worked

Fixed scope, delivered with the enrolment and course booking forms configured to the centre’s intake process.
